摘 要:教育见习是师范生培养工作中的重要环节,对师范生的专业认同具有一定影响。通过对泰州市两所本科培养学校的211名学前教育专业师范生进行问卷调查,结果发现:长时间断式见习学生专业认同感高于短时集中见习;幼儿数超额班级学生专业认同感低于正常人数班级;学生期望与收获、园所支持、高校管理因素与专业认同感存在显著正相关;学生期望与收获及高校管理两个因素,对专业认同感具有显著的正向预测作用。针对研究结果学生自身、高校指导和幼儿园管理方面提出教育建议。Educational probation is an important part of the training of normal students,which has a certain impact on the professional identity of them.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 211 preschool education students from two undergraduate training schools in Taizhou City.The results found that:the professional identity of long-term discontinuous mode was higher than short-term concentrated mode;the professional identity of students in excessive classes was less than the students in classes with normal numbers;student’s expectations and gains,support from campuses,college management factors are significantly positively relate to professional identity;student’s expectations and gains,and college management could significantly positively predict their effects on professional identity.Based on the results of the study,students are given educational suggestions on students themselves,college guidance and kindergarten management.
