摘　　要：现代职业教育对校企合作的深度和广度有了更高的要求,高职教育只有真正满足企业需求,提升企业的人力资源使用率,才能充分调动企业参与就业教育的积极性。本文以石家庄铁路职业技术学院为例,校企共同打造独具特色的“1234”就业育人服务模式,实现就业育人制度化、特色化、多元化及多样化,促进毕业生更充分更高质量就业。Modern vocational education has a higher demand for the depth and breadth of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Only when higher vocational education truly meet the needs of enterprises and improve the utilization rate of human resources in enterprises can they fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in employment education.Taking Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology as an example,the school and the enterprise jointly create a unique"1234"employment and education service model,so as to realize the institutionalization,characteristics,diversification and diversification of employment and education,and promote more graduates and higher quality employment.
