摘  要:在《中国制造2025》和工业4.0的大环境下,“机器换人”的概念应运而生,机器人走进千家万户,机器人工程专业也成了21世纪20年代的新型热门专业。在众多开设机器人工程专业的高校中,应用型本科高校占据主体地位,那么如何进行人才培养成为了困扰大家的首要问题。笔者对所在学校的机器人工程专业学生进行调研,通过调研数据对人才培养的方向提出几点建议,首先应当设置合理的理论与实践课程比例,其次尽早让学生了解并清楚地选择自己的研究学习方向,最后尽可能多地对比学习不同机器人的系统控制及系统的二次开发。In the context of"Made in China 2025"and Industry 4.0,the concept of"machine replaces person"emerges at the right moment.Robots enter into thousands of households,and robotics engineering has become a new hot major in the 2020s.Among many colleges and universities offering robot engineering.application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities occupy the dominant position,so how to carry out talent training has become the primary problem that disturbs everyone.In this paper,the author's school robotics engineering students study,through the survey data on the direction of the talent cultivation put forward some suggestions,first of all should set up reasonable curriculum theory and practice of proportion,then asked the students to understand and clearly as soon as possible to choose their own study direction,finally compared to learn as much as possible the different robot control system and the secondary development of the system.
