摘 要:目的探讨PBL与CBL教学模式相结合,与传统的教学模式相比较,探讨两种教学模式在心内科临床教学中的利与弊,提高临床医学实习生的教学效率。方法将2019年6—12月于郑州大学第二附属医院心内科实习的62名临床医学本科生作为研究对象。按时间先后顺序将其随机分为试验组(31名)和对照组(31名),试验组实习生采用PBL联合CBL教学法,对照组实习生采用传统模式教学。分别通过理论和综合能力考核,以及教学满意度调查问卷的形式评估教学效果。结果试验组的理论考试成绩与综合能力考核成绩均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式在心内科临床教学中,可显著提高实习生的学习效果与带教老师的教学效率,激发学生学习兴趣,提升学生自主学习能力。Objective Compared with the traditional teaching mode,this research discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the combined teaching mode of PBL and CBL in the clinical teaching of cardiology,so as to improve the learning efficiency of clinical interns.Methods A total of 62 suspected clinical medicine undergraduates who had internship in the department of cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.Firstly,the students were randomly divided into experimental group(31 students)and control group(31 students)according to the chronological order.PBL combined with CBL teaching method was adopted for the experimental group interns,while traditional teaching mode was adopted for the control group interns.Then the interns were assessed for their theoretical and comprehensive abilities,and asked to fill out a teaching satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate the effects of different teaching modes.Results Statistically significant results were obtained(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in both theoretical examination and comprehensive ability assessment,meanwhile the teaching satisfaction was also higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL in the clinical teaching of cardiology can significantly improve the learning effect of interns and the teaching efficiency of teachers,stimulating students'interest in learning,and improving students'autonomous learning ability.
