摘  要:为了提高学生的实践能力,对生物工程专业实验实训课程教学进行了改革,将微生物遗传育种实验、发酵工程工艺原理实验、生物制药实验、现代食品发酵技术实验、生物分离工程实验、生物工程设备实训和生物工厂设计实训7门实验实训课程进行了整合,构建了生物工程专业核心实验实训体系,并将部分实验实训内容与任课教师的科研和学校所在地区企业生产实际相结合,加强了实验实训与专业理论课和职业技能之间的联系。通过对生物工程专业实验实训教学内容全面整合与优化,极大提高了学生的综合能力。In order to enhance the students’ practical ability, training and experimental teaching courses of bioengineering major were reformed. The seven experiment and training courses were integrated including the microbial genetic breeding experiment, fermentation engineering technology principle experiment, biological pharmacy experiment, modern food fermentation technology experiment, biological separation engineering experiment, biological engineering equipment training and biological plant design training. The core experiment and training system of biological engineering major was constructed and some experiment and training content was combined with the teacher’s scientific research and the instance of local enterprise production to strengthen the connection between the training teaching and the professional theory and vocational skills. Through the comprehensive integration and optimization of the experimental and practical teaching contents of bioengineering, the comprehensive ability of the students has been greatly improved.
