注意缺陷多动障碍儿童行为问题与父母教养方式关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿父母教养方式与健康儿童有无差异,以及ADHD患儿行为问题与其父母教养方式的相关性。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月来郑州大学第三附属医院儿童心理行为中心就诊后确诊为ADHD的患儿60例为ADHD组,对照组为分层随机抽取的郑州市某小学在读的健康儿童58名。运用父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)、Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)分别对两组儿童的家长进行评估。结果 ADHD患儿父、母亲情感温暖理解均低于正常对照组(P <0.05)。父亲惩罚严厉、母亲惩罚严厉及拒绝否认因子得分均高于正常对照组(P <0.05)。ADHD患儿在儿童行为问卷中品行问题、学习问题、冲动-多动、多动指数得分高于正常对照组(P <0.05)。ADHD患儿焦虑与父母情感温暖理解,与父亲拒绝否认有相关性(P <0.05),多动指数与父亲情感温暖理解有相关性(P <0.05)。结论 ADHD患儿父母比正常儿童父母采用更多的不良教养方式。ADHD患儿比健康儿童有更多的行为问题。ADHD患儿行为问题与父母教养方式有统计学相关性。Objective To investigate the difference of parenting styles between children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD) and healthy children,and the correlation between behavioral problems and parenting styles. Methods Sixty children diagnosed with ADHD from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as ADHD group,and the control group was 58 healthy children randomly selected from a primary school in Zhengzhou. EMBU and PSQ were used to evaluate the parents of the two groups. Results The understanding of emotional warmth of parents of ADHD children was lower than that of normal control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of father’s severe punishment,mother’s severe punishment and denial factor were higher than those of normal control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of behavior problems,learning problems,impulsive hyperactivity and hyperactivity index in ADHD children were higher than those in normal control group( P < 0. 05). Anxiety of ADHD children was correlated with their parents’ emotional warmth and understanding,and with their father’s refusal and denial( P <0. 05). Hyperactivity index was correlated with their father’s emotional warmth and understanding( P <0. 05). Conclusions Parents of ADHD children adopt more bad parenting styles than parents of normal children. ADHD children have more behavioral problems than healthy children. There is significant correlation of behavior problems with parental rearing patterns in ADHD children.
