摘　　要：苹果气调贮藏则是在普通冷库的基础上,通过调节贮藏环境气调成分的方式,以达到有效延长苹果贮藏期的目的。文章主要是就气调储藏技术在苹果存储中的应用现状和展望进行了分析与探讨。Controlled atmosphere storage of apples is based on ordinary cold storage,which can effectively prolong the storage period of apples by adjusting the controlled atmosphere in the storage environment.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the application status and prospect of modified atmosphere storage technology in apple storage.
