乡村振兴背景下就业、创业市场现状与实现策略——以湖南省高职院校旅游类专业为例

摘　　要：在全面实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,乡村旅游、助力美丽乡村建设得到各级政府高度重视。湖南省蕴含着丰富的乡村旅游资源和巨大的就业创业机遇,但高职旅游类专业毕业生普遍存在“下不去”或“留不住”现象,此时毕业生对农村就业创业科学正确的认识显得尤为重要。本文主要针对湖南省旅游就业创业市场现状趋势、乡村振兴帮扶村落信息进行量化分析,并对目前高职院校旅游专业学生就业创业机遇进行定性研究,旨在通过现状探析和机遇挖掘,提出相应实现策略,帮助和促进更多的高职院校旅游类专业学生致力于乡村振兴并由此实现职业理想。With the support of the comprehensive rural revitalization and development strategy and policy,to construct the rural tourism and beautiful villages are greatly emphasized by the locol governmends.Hunan Province has rich rural tourism resources and huge employment and entrepreneurship opportunities,but higher vocational tourism graduates generally have the phenomenon of "not going to the countrysid" or "not staying".It is particularly important for graduates to have a scientific and correct understanding of rural employment and entrepreneurship.This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the current situation and trend of tourism employment and entrepreneurship market,rural revitalization and assistance to villages in Hunan Province,and makes a qualitative study on the employment and entrepreneurship opportunities of tourism students in higher vocational colleges,aiming to put forward corresponding implementation strategies through the analysis of the current situation and opportunity mining,and to help more tourism majors in higher vocational colleges to devote themselves to rural revitalization and realize their professional ideals in the process.
