教改背景下《药物化学》的教学探索与实践

摘　　要：药物化学是药学、药物制剂和制药工程等专业的专业基础课,本身内容繁多,覆盖面广,而且各种药物的化学结构、理化性质、体内代谢和构效关系等内容比较抽象,难学难记,不易掌握。本文探讨在教改背景下,当人才培养计划中药物化学提前一年开课时,教学方式方法的多样性改革措施,稀释理论性,降低课程难度,培养学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力,力求找到一种适合大二学生学习的教学方式方法,进而提升课程的教学质量。Medicinal chemistry is a basic professional course in specialties of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Preparation and Pharmaceutical Engineering. The content is varied and covers a wide range, and the chemical structure, physical, chemical properties, metabolism and structure-activity relationship of various drugs are abstract, which result in the difficulties of learning. For the purpose of improving the teaching quality of medicinal chemistry, the reform of teaching methods is explored to develop the students’ learning interests and self-study ability, to find a suitable teaching method for sophomore students when starting the curriculum a year in advance in talent development program.
