摘　　要：随着高校快速发展,学生人数的增多以及实验新旧设备的同时使用,给医药工程类实验室安全带来诸多新的挑战。本文重点讨论工程类院校中构建形态学实验室安全教育体系和安全管理体系,探索形态学实验室安全教育与管理路径,系统从安全教育、环境安全、水电安全、实验设备安全、教学过程安全、开放管理安全、信息化安全等方面阐述在实践工作中累积的一些经验和探索。形态学实验室安全教育是医药工程学院实验室安全管理的重要内容,要从多方面入手,针对性地开展安全教育,构建有效的实验室安全管理体系。With the rapid development of colleges and universities, the increasing number of students and the simultaneous use of new and old experimental equipment bring many new challenges to laboratory safety. This paper was focus on the safety education and management of medical morphology laboratory based on the construction of safety education system and safety management system of medical morphology laboratory discussed. The experience and exploration accumulated in practice from the aspects of safety education, environment safety, water and electricity safety, experimental equipment safety, teaching process safety,open management safety, information safety and so on, were systematically discussed. Safety education of medical morphology laboratory is an important content of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities. It is necessary to carry out safety education in a targeted way, and combining the characteristics of different types of safety problems, so as to build an effective safety management system of laboratory.
