摘  要:目的:探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在全科医师规范化培训中的效果。方法:选择2018年10月-2020年11月进行全科医师规范化培训的学员49人,按教学方法不同分为两组。观察组采用PBL联合CBL教学法;对照组采用传统LBL教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组出科考试成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合CBL教学法在全科医师规范化培训中的效果优于传统LBL教学法。Objective:To explore the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of general practitioners.Methods:From October 2018 to November 2020,49 students who received standardized training for general practitioners were selected and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The observation group adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching method.The control group adopted traditional LBL teaching method.The teaching effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of general practitioners is better than the traditional LBL teaching method.
