高职测绘类专业“五教合一”人才培养的探索与实践

摘　　要：针对新背景下高职测绘类专业的教学内容对接企业生产实际情况存在“不及时、不紧密、不对应”等问题,江西环境工程职业学院通过与江西省合众勘测规划有限公司开展深度校企合作,以“专业对接企业,教学内容对接生产项目,教学过程对接生产过程”为主线实施教学改革,开展了一系列具体的教学实践并总结形成了校企深度合作下的工程测量专业“五教合一”人才培养模式。该模式在专业人才培养、教师队伍建设和技术服务等方面均取得了显著成效。Under the background of industrial transformation and technology upgrading,the teaching content design of Engineering Surveying Technology majors is not timely,close and corresponding to the actual production of enterprises.Therefore,Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College and Jiangxi Hezhong Survey Planning Co.,Ltd.have carried out College-Enterprise Cooperation to implement teaching reform with the main line of“specialty docking with enterprise,teaching content docking production project”,and a series of teaching practices have been carried out and a talent training mode of“Five Education in one”for Engineering Surveying Technology major based on College-Enterprise Cooperation has been formed.The model has achieved remarkable results in professional talent training,teachers team construction and technical services.
