摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法和访谈法对衡水学院与地方青少年足球俱乐部开展校园足球合作的可行性进行了研究。研究发现:高等院校与地方足球俱乐部参与校园足球工作具有明确的指导思想和职责分工;合作模式下,存在内部矛盾突出、双方教练员在执教理念上存在分歧和合作模式单一等现实问题。结论:由地方教育部门牵头化解矛盾、加强教学与训练理念的培训和融合、引进域外俱乐部形成合作网是解决存在问题和推进合作模式深入发展的重要策略。By using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper studies the feasibility of campus football cooperation between Hengshui University and local youth football club.The research found that:colleges and universities and local football clubs participate in campus football work has a clear guiding ideology and division of responsibilities;Under the cooperation mode,there are some practical problems,such as the prominent internal contradictions,the single analysis and cooperation mode of coaches on both sides.Conclusion:It is an important strategy to solve the existing problems and promote the in-depth development of cooperation mode that local education departments take the lead in resolving contradictions,strengthening the training and integration of teaching and training concepts,and introducing foreign clubs to form a cooperation network.
