摘  要:目的:探讨心理脱离在中小学女教师非工作时间连通行为和工作重塑之间的中介效应。方法:采用非工作时间的工作性通信工具使用行为量表、工作心理脱离量表和工作重塑量表对贵州省1164名中小学女教师进行问卷调查。结果:中小学女教师非工作时间连通行为、心理脱离和工作重塑间两两显著相关;非工作时间连通行为正向预测中小学女教师的工作重塑;心理脱离在中小学女教师非工作时间连通行为与工作重塑之间起部分中介作用。结论:中小学女教师适度的非工作时间连通行为有助于其进行工作重塑,心理脱离在其中起介导作用。Objective:The aim of this study is to explore the mediating role of psychological detachment between work connectivity behavior after-hours and job crafting of female teachers in primary and secondary schools.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1164 female teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guizhou province using the Work Connectivity Behavior After-hours Scale,Psychological Detachment Scale as well as Job Crafting Scale.Results:There are significant correlations among the work connectivity behavior after-hours,psychological detachment and job crafting of female teachers in primary and secondary schools.The work connectivity behavior after-hours positively predict the job crafting of female teachers in primary and secondary schools.The psychological detachment has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between work connectivity behavior after-hours and job crafting of female teachers in primary and secondary schools.Conclusion:The work connectivity behavior after-hours of female teachers in primary and secondary schools contributes to their job crafting,in which psychological detachment plays a mediating role.
