摘　　要：该试验旨在建立适合罗布麻保健茶总黄酮含量的检测方法。以芦丁为标准品,利用黄酮类分子在碱性溶液中显色的原理测定含量。结果显示:试验方法的线性方程为Y=0.0012X+0.0031,R^(2)=0.9997,线性关系良好;相对标准偏差S_(RSD)为2.05%(n=6),回收率为99.1%(n=6),最低检测线为4μg/mL。硝酸铝显色法更能代表罗布麻保健茶的品质。It is to develop a method for the determination of total contents of flavonoids in Apocynum venetum health tea.Using runtin as control samples,in alkalescent solution,chromogenic reaction will come into being once Al3+meets hydroxybenzene-hydroxide group;Linear correlation exists between luminous transmittance and the concentration of general flavones.The results show that the linear regression equation is Y=0.0012 X+0.0031 and the correlation coefficient is 0.9997.The relative standard deviation(S_(RSD))of this method is 2.05%(n=6),recovery rate is 99.1%(n=6),and least detect value is 4μg/mL.Contents determined by the Na_(2)NO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)method can well represent the quality of Apocynum venetum health tea.
