摘  要:鲁班工坊是中国职业技术教育走出国门开展学历教育和技术培训的实体化平台,有助于中国教育参与国际教育市场,分享和推广中国职业技术教育改革的创新成果。鲁班工坊核心要义对鲁班工坊的品牌、功能、路径、内涵和原则进行了系统性总结和规范,知行合一是建设与运营鲁班工坊应遵循的致用之道。对核心要义的认知是在内容、群体和方法方面建立认知路径,以解决对于鲁班工坊建设的“知”的问题;对核心要义的应用是在教育场景、教育内容、教育者、教育对象和教育活动等要素组成的教育社会学框架下开展场地建设、教学设施选配、教学资源开发、教师能力提升、教育对象招募以及教育教学相关活动,以解决核心要义“行”的问题。据此从知行合一、建设体系、核心理念、技术属性、核心目标以及可持续发展等方面提出相应的致用策略。Luban Workshop is a physical platform for Chinese vocational and technical education to carry out academic education and technical training abroad,which helps Chinese education to participate in the international education market and to share the innovative achievements of China's vocational and technical education reform.The core essentials of Luban Workshop systematically summarize and standardize the brand,functions,paths,connotations and principles of Luban Workshop.The integration of knowledge and practice is to build and operate Luban Workshop.The cognition of the core essentials is to establish cognitive paths in cognitive contents,cognitive groups and cognitive methods to solve the problem of'cognition'for the construction of Luban Workshop.The application of the core essentials is to facilitate the infrastructure construction,the specification of teaching facilities,the development of teaching resources,the improvement of teachers'ability,the recruitment of educational objects and the related activities of education and teaching under the framework of educational sociology composed of educational scenes,educational contents,educators,educational objects and educational activities,so as to solve the problem of'action'of core essentials.The corresponding application strategies are proposed from the views of cognition and action integration,construction system,core concepts,technical attribute,core goal and sustainable development.
