从米糠油碱炼皂脚中提取谷维素的工艺研究

摘  要:米糠油是提取谷维素较为理想的原料油脂。将高酸价米糠原油脱蜡、脱胶,分别保留不同酸价进行头道碱炼脱酸,选择谷维素含量最高的头道碱炼清油进行二道捕集碱炼。以二道碱炼皂脚中谷维素含量作为优化指标,对二道捕集碱炼的工艺参数(温度、时间、碱液浓度)进行单因素试验,得出二道碱炼捕集谷维素的最优条件为温度60℃、时间25 min、碱液浓度20°Bé,该条件下皂脚中谷维素的含量为5.68%。Rice bran oil is an ideal raw oil for the extraction of oryzol.The rice bran crude oil with high acid value was dewaxed and deglued,and different acid values were retained for deacidification in the first alkaline refining process.The oil with the highest content of oryzanol was selected for the second alkaline refining process.In the alkali refining soapstock of oryzanol content as optimization index,the single factor experiment was carried out on the technological parameters(temperature,time,concentration of alkali)of the second alkaline refining,and the optimal conditions of the second alkaline refining were obtained as follows:Temperature 60℃,time 25 min,concentration of alkali 20°Bé.Under these conditions,the content of oryzanol in soapstock was 5.68%.
