摘　　要：前瞻型环境战略关系到企业是否能够实现可持续发展。尽管理论界已经开始探讨企业前瞻型环境战略的影响因素,但在规制性压力与企业前瞻型环境战略的关系方面尚存在一些分歧。文章基于认知评价理论构建了被调节的中介模型,以探讨规制性压力对企业前瞻型环境战略的影响机制。通过对170家制造业企业的CEO和财务经理为样本进行两阶段问卷调查的实证结果表明:规制性压力既可能刺激CEO进行挑战性评价,促进企业实施前瞻型环境战略,又可能诱发CEO进行威胁性评价,抑制企业实施前瞻型环境战略;CEO自我增强式幽默调节了认知评价在规制性压力与企业前瞻型环境战略间的中介作用,即CEO自我增强式幽默水平越高,挑战性评价而非威胁性评价对规制性压力与企业前瞻型环境战略间关系的中介作用越强,反之越弱。Proactive environmental strategy is related to whether the enterprise can achieve sustainable development.Al⁃though management theorists have begun to explore the influencing factors of firm proactive environmental strategy,there are still some differences in the relationship between regulative pressure and firm proactive environmental strategy.Draw⁃ing from the cognitive appraisal theory,we construct a moderated mediation model to discuss the effect of regulative pres⁃sure on firm proactive environmental strategy.The empirical results of a two-stage questionnaire survey on the CEOs and financial managers of 170 manufacturing enterprises show that regulative pressure may not only stimulate CEO to conduct challenge appraisal and promote enterprises to implement proactive environmental strategy,but also induce CEO to con⁃duct threat appraisal and inhibit enterprises to implement proactive environmental strategy;CEO self-enhancing humor significantly moderates the relationship between regulative pressure and proactive environmental strategy.Specifically,when the CEO self-enhancing humor is high,the positive indirect effect of the regulative pressure on proactive environ⁃mental strategy via challenge appraisal is stronger,and the negative indirect effect of the regulative pressure on proactive environmental strategy via threat appraisal is weaker.
