摘  要:工程教育越来越强调对学生实践与创新等应用能力的培养。工程范式是有效解决工程教育中重知识传授向能力培养转换的一种教育理论。基于这一范式,工程教育须变革传统的教育理念,按照新的技术路线重构毕业要求、课程体系和课程目标。在教学实施过程中,教学内容要根据课程目标进行重构,将知识与能力、经典与前沿有机整合,实现新旧知识的衔接;同时,还要改革传统的教学方法,采用体现应用和探究特点的新的教学方法,实现知识向能力的转化。Engineering education is putting more emphasis on the applied aspects,such as practical and innovational skills.Engineering paradigm is an educational model which effectively facilitates the conversion from knowledge to application.Based on this paradigm,engineering education should change its objectives by redesigning the degree requirements,the program structure and the course objectives.Specifically,for course instruction,the content should be redesigned based on the course objective to fill that gap between theoretical foundation and applied skills,and to integrate the classical and modern scopes of engineering.Meanwhile,the traditional pedagogical methods need to be replaced by the ones which encourage application and exploration,thereby helping students build up applied skills based on knowledge.
