摘　　要：关于“绝学无忧”的归属问题,学界历来有两种看法:一种看法认为归属第二十章;另一种看法以高亨先生为代表,认为归属于十九章。本文从句法、语意、音韵等三个方面对高亨先生的观点进行了分析,认为“绝学无忧”是老子二十章的主旨。Pepole had two views about the belonging of Juexuewuyou("Discard cultural knowledge and worries will disappear"):Some pepole thought it belonged to chapter 20;the others thought it belonged to chapter 19.Gao Heng was the exponent of the second view.This article analyzed chapter 19 and chapter 20 from grammar,means and phonology,and thought that Juexuewuyou was the main purpose of chapter 20,so Juexuewuyou should belong to chapter 20.
