摘　　要：目的:研究LMS平台网络课程结合床边教学在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法:将广州中医药大学第一附属医院胃肠外科2015、2016级护理实习生80人随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用LMS平台网络课程结合传统带教模式,观察组采用LMS平台网络课程及床边教学法相结合的教学模式,教学时间为4周。实习结束后进行技能操作和理论知识的考核,并评估护生评判性思维能力评分及满意度。结果:观察组护生出科时技能考核成绩、理论知识考核成绩均明显高于对照组(p<0.01);观察组评判性思维能力评分(CTDI-CV)在各项评分及总分均显著高于对照组(p<0.01);观察组各方面满意度均显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:LMS平台网络课程结合床边教学在临床护理带教中,对提升教学效果、提高护生评判性思维能力及综合能力均有显著效果,且教学满意度高,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of LMS Platform Network course combined with bedside teaching in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: Eighty nursing interns of class 2015 and class 2016 in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group adopted LMS platform network course combined with traditional teaching mode, and the observation group adopted LMS platform network course combined with bedside teaching mode. Teaching lasted for 4 weeks. At the end of practice, skill operation and theoretical knowledge were assessed, and the scores and satisfaction of critical thinking ability were evaluated. Results: The results of skill examination and theoretical knowledge examination were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control Group(P<0.01). The scores of CTDI-CV in observation group were significantly higher than that in Control Group(P<0.01), and the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion LMS platform network course combined with bedside teaching in clinical nursing teaching can enhance the teaching effect and improve the critical thinking ability and comprehensive ability of nursing students, showing a significant effect on teaching satisfaction is high, so it is worth promoting.
