摘  要:目的:探究标准化案例导学式教学模式在肿瘤科临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤科实习的60名临床医学系本科生为研究对象,随机分成两组,一组给予平常普通的带教(对照组),一组给予标准化案例导学式模式进行带教(试验组),观察两组学生的理论考试成绩、临床技能考试成绩及对本次教学的看法。结果:进行带教前,两组学生的水平差不多,带教后,试验组学生的理论考试成绩及临床技能考试成绩均优于对照组学生,P<0.05,且试验组学生对此次的新型教学模式比较看好。结论:标准化案例导学式教学模式应用于临床肿瘤科的带教中,可提高学生的临床技能以及综合能力,弥补普通临床带教的不足,提高学习效率,临床可借鉴使用。Objective:This study aims to explore the effect of case-guide teaching mode in oncology.Methods:Sixty undergraduates of Oncology Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.One group received ordinary teaching(control group),and the standardized case-guide teaching mode was adopted in the other group(experimental group)to observe theoretical examination results and clinical skills test results of the two groups,and their views on the teaching.Results:Before the teaching,the two groups had no obvious difference.The theoretical and clinical skills scores of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The students of the experimental group were optimistic about the new teaching model.Conclusion The standardized case-guide teaching model used in clinical oncology department can improve students’clinical skills and comprehensive ability,make up for the shortage of ordinary clinical teaching,improve learning efficiency,and provide reference for clinical use.
