摘  要:为了解国内医学领域翻转课堂教学研究现状,以中国医院知识仓库为依据,采用文献计量学方法分析期刊状况、作者、所属机构以及涉及的相关课程,并应用VOSviewer等软件进行高频关键词聚类分析和研究热度分析。结果显示,我国医学领域翻转课堂相关文献的发表量呈逐年上升趋势;文献主要发表于教育类期刊和计算机技术类期刊,作者主要来源于国内高等院校。文献的主题词可聚类分析为教学模式、教学效果、教学改革、教学方法四大类,“微课”“教学模式”和“教学改革”是高频主题词。对主题词平均发表时间分析结果表明,“满意度”“雨课堂”和“住院医师规范化培训”等互联网相关主题词出现时间较近,可能是未来研究方向。文章指出翻转课堂在医学教育领域广泛应用于各个学科,互联网5G技术可减少翻转课堂的限制,进一步提高教学效果和满意度,具有较好的研究和应用前景。To analyze current research situation of"Flipped Classroom"in domestic medical education,based on China Hospital Knowledge Database,bibliometrics was used to analyze the status of journals,authors,affiliated institutions,and related courses.Meanwhile,VOSviewer software was adopted to conduct high-frequency keyword clustering analysis and hotspot analysis.The result indicated that the quantity of published literatures in domestic medical education increased year by year.Literature was mainly published in educational journals and computer technology journals,and authors were mainly from domestic colleges and universities.Keywords can be classified into four categories,including teaching mode,teaching effect,teaching reform,and teaching method,with"micro-course",teaching mode"and"teaching reform"serving as the high-frequency keywords.Analysis of the average publication time showed that the time when"satisfaction","Rain Classroom"and"standarized training of residents"occurred is close,and they can be future research direction.The paper pointed out that Flipped Classroom has been widely applied in various disciplines of medical education.5G technology can reduce the restrictions of Flipped Classroom and further improve teaching effect and satisfaction,showing good prospect of research and application.
