摘　　要：基于生活技能开发项目探索,对“活动引导式”教学模式在大学生心理健康教育中的实践应用进行探究。分析了当前大学生心理健康教育中存在的主要问题,介绍了“活动引导式”教学模式及其对教师的要求和与传统教学相比所具备的优势。“活动引导式”教学模式能够更好地培养学生的自主学习能力及自我探究能力,能够更好地完善大学生的人格,提升大学生的心理健康水平,可以在大学生心理健康教育课程中广泛推广应用。Based on the exploration of life skill development project,the research explores the practical application of“activity-oriented”teaching model in college students’mental health education;analyzes the main problems of current mental health education of college students,and introduces the“activity-oriented”teaching model and its requirements for teachers,and the advantages compared with traditional teaching.“Activity-oriented”teaching mode can better train the student’s independent learning ability and self exploratory.It is worth wide application.
