摘　　要：探讨了园林专业复合型创新人才培养评价体系构建策略。从明确人才培养方向、提升就业竞争能力两方面,概述了复合型创新人才培养体系的应用价值。从评价主体、评价目标、评价内容三方面,介绍了复合型创新人才培养体系的创新点。从评价操作体系、评价指标体系的构建,以及评价结果的应用与反馈等方面,总结了该评价体系的构建策略,进而帮助园林专业学生提升复合能力、增强创新能力,为后期的毕业求职和今后的职业发展奠定基础。The research explores the strategy of the construction of compound innovation talent cultivation evaluation system of landscape architecture major.Through clarifying talent training orientation,and improving employment competition ability,the research summarizes the application value of compound innovation talent cultivation system.Then the research introduces the innovation of compound innovation talent training system from three aspects,including evaluation object,target and content.The construction strategies of the evaluation system are summarized from the following aspects,such as evaluation operation and indicator system,and the application and feedback of evaluation results,to help students of landscape architecture major to improve compound and innovation ability,in order to lay solid foundation for the employment and career development of graduates in the future.
