摘　　要：随着高校各项教学改革的深入,教学档案向多元化复杂化方向发展,要求高校档案管理人员运用先进的管理理念和方法对教学档案进行管理。近年来,中山大学生命科学学院对教学档案管理工作进行了全面系统的分析总结,针对发现的各项问题进行了一系列改革,初步实现了教学档案管理的规范化、制度化和信息化,提升了教学服务质量。With the deepening of the teaching reform in the higher education,the teaching archives are getting more and more diverse and complex,which requires the archive management personnel involved to use more advanced management ideas and methods to manage them.In recent years,the School of Life Sciences of Sun Yat-sen University had made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the teaching archive management,and carried out a series of reforms to solve the problems identified,which resulted in preliminarily realizing the standardization,institutionalization and informatization of the teaching archive management,thus improving the quality of teaching service.
