摘　　要：研究生通识教育模式影响学生创新能力的培养,特别是在“三创”背景下探讨通识教育培养模式更具有重要的时代意义。从我国研究生通识教育的特点和时代内涵、通识教育模式的不足及模式的构建三方面,对我国土木工程专业研究生通识教育进行了分析。指出研究生通识教育时代内涵在于创新批判意识的培养与健全人格的形成。针对目前我国研究生通识教育存在的课程体系与制度不完善等问题,构建了基于显性和隐性教育的土木专业研究生通识教育培养体系,并提出了新时代通识教育模式发展方向。The general education mode of postgraduates affects the cultivation of students’innovation ability.Especially under the background of“three innovations”,it is of great significance to explore the general education training mode.This paper studies the general education of civil engineering postgraduates in China from three aspects:the characteristics and Era Connotation of general education for postgraduates,the deficiency of general education mode and the construction of general education mode for postgraduates.It points out that the connotation of the era of general education for postgraduates lies in the cultivation of innovative and critical consciousness and the formation of sound personality.Aiming at the problems of imperfect curriculum system and rules and regulations etc.in general education for Postgraduates in China,this paper constructs a general education training system for civil engineering postgraduates based on explicit and implicit education,and puts forward the development direction of general education mode in the new era.
