摘 要:为适应行业发展和企业需求,提高高职学生职业素养和岗位实践能力,职业院校课程体系设计需改变偏重理论和技术、缺乏对岗位胜任能力培养的状况.通过对三种岗位培训课程体系构建方法进行分析,阐述其内涵及其应用,并以供用电技术专业为例,诠释岗位培训课程体系构建方法在优化教学内容和教学方式上的运用,促进专业设置与企业岗位要求更为贴合、企业岗位课程体系与学校教学体系相互融通.In order to meet the demands of different industries and enterprises,and improve students’ professional quality and real-world application ability,higher vocational and technical colleges need to address the current problem in curriculum design which is emphasizing theoretical knowledge and technical skills too much while neglecting the development of position competence.This paper analyzes the three methods of constructing a position training curriculum,expounds their connotations and applications,and with the Power Supply and Utility Technology major as an example,explains the application of the position training curriculum construction methods in optimizing teaching contents and approaches,which will improve the relevancy between the speciality setup and position requirements,and the integration between corporate position curriculum systems and campus teaching systems.
