高职院校学生管理队伍应急机制建设分析

摘　　要：当前阶段,高职院校教育教学管理各项工作已经越来越受到教育界乃至全社会的广泛关注和重视。由于近年来高职院校各类突发事件以及校园安全事件频频发生,全面提升高职院校学生管理队伍应急机制工作效率与质量相关工作已然迫在眉睫。鉴于此,针对新时期高职院校处置各类应急事件时面临的各种问题,以及学生管理队伍应急机制的科学化建设策略进行探究,并提出合理化建议,以供参考。At the current stage,the education and teaching management of higher vocational colleges has received more and more attention and attention from the education circle and the whole society.Due to the frequent occurrence of various emergencies and campus safety incidents in vocational colleges in recent years,it is urgent to comprehensively improve the efficiency and quality of the emergency response mechanism of the student management team in vocational colleges.In view of this,various problems faced by higher vocational colleges in dealing with various emergencies in the new era,as well as the scientific construction strategy of the emergency mechanism of the student management team,are explored,and reasonable suggestions are put forward for reference.
