摘　　要：职业教育的内涵建设以加快推进高效、卓越的“双师型”教师队伍为主要着力点,对于促进职业教育改革、非遗制瓷技艺传承、与社会经济发展具有重大意义,因此,职业教育肩负着传承非遗技艺的重任,成为制瓷手工业发展的重要载体。《现代职业教育体系建设规划》再次明确加强“双师型”教师队伍建设职业教育,要适应相关地方经济转型的需求,为民族工艺特色产业服务,为实现职业教育融合非遗技艺,培养高素质技术技能传承人提供强有力的师资保障。The construction of the connotation of vocational education mainly focuses on speeding up the promotion of the highly effective and excellent "double-qualified" teachers, which is of great significance to the promotion of the reform of vocational education, the inheritance of the skills of non-inherited hand-made porcelain, and the development of social economy, therefore, the vocational education shoulders the responsibility of inheriting the National Arts and Crafts, and becomes the important carrier of the National Economic Development. The plan for the construction of a modern vocational education system has made it clear once again to strengthen the construction of a "double-qualified" teaching vocational education, so as to meet the needs of the relevant local economic transformation and serve the industries with national technological characteristics, to achieve vocational education integration of national skills, high-quality technical skills to train successors to provide a strong teacher protection.
