摘　　要：适切的老年教育政策与有效推进路径是美国、英国、日本等发达国家老年教育成效显著的重要保障,分析美国、英国、日本等发达国家老年教育政策的制定背景、法制化历程、实施机构、有效策略等,学习借鉴发达国家老年教育政策推进路径的成功经验,结合我国老年教育发展现状,从加快政策法规建设、明确主体责任、均衡发展和可持续发展等层面,提出推进我国老年教育发展的思考与建议。The appropriate policy and effective promotion path of education for the elderly are the important guarantee for the remarkable results of education for the elderly in the United States,Britain,Japan and other developed countries.This paper analyzes the background,legalization process,implementation institutions and effective strategies of the policy-making for the elderly in the United States,Britain,Japan and other developed countries,and learns from the successful experience of the policy promotion path of the elderly education in developed countries.Combined with the current situation of the development of education for the elderly in China,this paper puts forward thoughts and suggestions on how to promote the development of education for the elderly in our country by speeding up the construction of policies and regulations,defining the subject responsibility,and maintaining balanced and sustainable development.
