摘　　要：通过对德国工匠精神形成发展重要过程进行提炼阐述,以其成功经验举措为启示导向,对照中国工匠精神在培植建设中所存在的一些比较主要突出问题,提出了应对举措看法,指出了工匠精神的完善建构与真正形成和传承,需要通过制度与政策、文化与教育等多方位手段,从根本上进行全方位的建构才能取得实效。Based on the elaboration of the important process of the formation and development of German craftsman spirit,taking its successful experience and measures as the guidance,and comparing with some major problems existing in the cultivation and construction of Chinese craftsman spirit,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,and points out that the perfect construction and real formation and inheritance of craftsman spirit need to be realized through system and policy,culture and education and other multi-faceted means,and actual results will be achieved through the fundamental all-round construction.
