摘  要:目的以人体解剖学运动系统为试点,将虚拟仿真实验与“以器官系统为中心、临床为导向”的立体化混合式教学相结合,探究教学实践具体应用效果,为后续教法的改进提供一定的参考依据。方法选择2019年9—12月本校2019级中医骨伤专业1-4班学生共计88人作为研究对象进行对照研究,入学时均为随机分班。1、2班为实验组,3、4班为对照组,实验组采用立体化混合教学模式,并融入3D虚拟解剖实验教学系统,对照组以传统模式教学。学期结束时采用学生满意度问卷调查、过程形成性评价和期末完结性评价相结合方式评估教学效果。结果学生学习过程形成性评价实验组学习积极性更高,个体化自主学习行为更加丰富多样;实验组的理论测试成绩、实验标本考核成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对教学满意度调查各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以虚拟仿真实验为支撑的“以器官系统为中心、临床为导向”的立体化混合教学模式有效提升了人体解剖学课程教学质量,为后续创新教学模式的构建奠定了基础。Objective To take the human anatomical movement system as the pilot project,combine the virtual simulation experiment with the organ-system-centric and clinical-oriented three-dimensional hybrid teaching to explore the specific application effect of teaching practice and provide some reference for the improvement of subsequent teaching method.Methods From September to December 2019,88 students of grade 2019 from class 1-4 of bone injury specialty of traditional Chinese medicine were enrolled in the study.Class 1 and 2 were included as experimental group,class 3 and 4 were included as control group.The experimental group adopted three-dimensional mixed teaching mode and integrated 3D virtual anatomy experimental teaching systems.The control group was taught in the traditional model.At the end of the semester,the combination of student satisfaction questionnaire survey,process formation evaluation and final completion evaluation were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The experimental group had higher learning enthusiasm,its individualized autonomous learning behaviors are more diversified.The results of theoretical test performance,experimental specimen assessment and total scores of the experimental group were all higher than the control group(P<0.05).The indicators of the teaching satisfaction survey of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Supported by the virtual simulation experiment the three-dimensional hybrid teaching mode of"organ-system-centric and clinical-oriented"effectively improves the teaching quality of human anatomy curriculum and laid a foundation for the construction of the subsequent innovative teaching mode.
