摘  要:目的:对比PBL(problem based learning)教学法与传统带教方法在肿瘤内科住院医师规范化培训临床带教中的效果差异。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年8月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤内科进行住院医师规范化培训的62名学员作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用PBL教学法为主进行带教,对照组采用传统的教学查房联合小讲座的模式带教。出科时2组统一考核并填写调查问卷。结果:试验组学员在出科考核的基础理论、临床技能和实践操作等各部分的成绩更优;同时自我学习兴趣和自我临床能力显著提高,对我科临床教学的满意度也明显提高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:以PBL教学法为主的住院医师规范化培训临床带教能显著提升教学效果,提高学员学习兴趣和临床能力,全面提升肿瘤内科住院医师规范化培训质量。Objective:To compare the difference between the PBL(problem-based learning)and the traditional teaching method in the standardized training of oncology residents.Methods:A total of 62 trainees who received standardized training of oncology residents in the Department of Oncology of our hospital from Sep 2018 to Aug 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The PBL was used in the experimental group,and the traditional teaching was used in the control group.When leaving the department,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by the examinations and questionnaires.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group achieved higher scores in the elementary knowledge,clinical skills and practical operation.At the same time,the learning interest,clinical ability,and satisfaction rate of clinical teaching were also significantly improved in the experimental group.Conclusion:The clinical teaching with PBL can significantly improve the teaching effect,increase the trainees′learning interest and clinical ability,and comprehensively improve the quality of standardized training for oncology residents.
