摘 要:在游乐设备多电机提升应用中,自由塔项目对电机的同步性要求比较高。自由塔是一种飞行塔类的游乐设备,是由左右两台提升电机同步驱动牵引左右吊点的钢丝绳来提升座舱,属于多电机提升应用。该设备要求两台提升电机的提升速度必须同步,否则座舱会倾斜导致设备保护停机,影响设备的运行与乘客的安全。提出一种双闭环控制系统,实现了自由塔双电机提升的同步控制,并对其中的关键部件进行失效风险分析,确保自由塔设备提升的安全运行。对同类型多电机提升的同步提升控制设计有很好的参考意义。In the application of multi motor lifting in amusement equipment,the synchronous requirement of motor in free tower project is relatively high. Free tower is a kind of amusement equipment for flying tower. It is driven by two lifting motors synchronously to pull the wire rope of left and right lifting points to lift the cockpit. It belongs to multi motor lifting application. The equipment requires that the lifting speed of the two lifting motors must be synchronized,otherwise the cockpit will tilt,causing the equipment protection shutdown,affecting the operation of the equipment and the safety of passengers. A double closed-loop control system was proposed to realize the synchronous control of the double motor lifting of the free tower,and the failure risk analysis of the key components was carried out to ensure the safe operation of the free tower equipment lifting. It has a good reference significance for the synchronous lifting control design of the same type of multi motor lifting.
