摘  要:针对部分需要轮椅辅助生活的老年人存在难以从轮椅上独立坐下与起立的问题,设计了一款能辅助老人起坐的轮椅。该设计主要包括支撑结构、升降平台机构和坐垫前倾机构。利用UG软件对轮椅进行建模和装配,确定合理可靠的电子样机,并对电子样机进行了仿真分析。仿真结果说明:该轮椅结构能够满足辅助老人起坐的需求。此外,根据仿真结果制造了辅助老人起坐的轮椅样机,具有结构合理、运转灵活以及运行平稳等特点,能够起到很好的辅助作用。At present,some elderly people who live a wheelchair-auxiliary life have the problem that it is difficult to sit and stand independently from the wheelchair.For this reason,a wheelchair that can assist the elderly to sit and stand have been designed.The design mainly includes a support structure,a lifting Platform mechanism and a mechanism to tilt the cushion forward.Trough use the UG software to build three-dimensional models and assemble.Then a reasonable and reliable digital prototype was determined and completed the simulation and analysis of the digital prototype.The simulation results showed that the wheelchair structure can satisfy the needs of assisting the elderly to sit and stand.A prototype of wheelchair to assist the elderly in sitting and lifting was manufactured.It has a reasonable structure and a flexible and smooth operation process.So that the smart wheelchair can better assist the applicable people.
