摘 要:在产教融合背景下,高校行业学院的建设已经成为重要的实践探索。当前,学界对行业学院内涵理解不一,对行业学院运行逻辑及其特征的研究存在不够深入的问题。行业学院区别于学术型二级学院,是遵从行业逻辑而建立的应用型二级学院,从基本特征来看,行业学院是以行业逻辑为根据、以学理为手段、以教学科研为实践、以行业人才培养为目标的高等学校内部单位。行业学院的基本职能主要包括成为行业协会与高校连接的纽带、行业产品与服务质量指标和评价体系的提出者、行业人才培养和技术开发的实施单位、行业文化的提升地和集中展示平台。Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the construction of professional colleges has become an important practical exploration.At present,the academic circles have different understandings of the connotation of professional colleges,and the research on the operation logic and characteristics of professional colleges is not deep enough.Professional colleges,different from academic secondary colleges,are applied secondary colleges established according to industry logic.In views of the basic characteristics,professional colleges are an internal unit of colleges and universities based on industry logic,with theory as the means,teaching and research as the practice,and industry talent cultivation as the goal.The basic functions of professional colleges mainly include being the link between industry association and universities,the proposer of industry products and service quality index and evaluation system,the implementation unit of industry talent cultivation and technology development,and the promotion place of industry culture and the centralized display platform.
