摘　　要：随着社会对高职教育关注度的不断增加,高职教育也迎来了发展新机遇。在此背景下唯有不断深化改革、促进产教融合、提高教育质量,才能实现教育的社会价值。OBE理念应用于高职教育体系是一项重大改革,构建了以成果为导向的人才培养方案及合理的课程体系。对此以惠州经济职业技术学院工商企业管理专业为例,梳理OBE理念指导下学生的学业成果构成、关键岗位核心能力要求及课程体系构建,力求从人才培养方案层面提升人才培养质量。Higher vocational education is on rise with increasing attention focused on.Nevertheless,the value of higher vocational education can only be realized through the continuous teaching reform,industry-education integrity and teaching quality promotion.The introduction of OBE education concept,as a big reform step,helps construct a result-oriented talent training program and corresponding curriculum system.Taking the Business Administration Specialty of Huizhou Economics and Polytechnic College as an example,this paper discusses the structure of academic achievements,the core competence requirements of key positions,and the construction of curriculum system of the specialty under the guidance of OBE concept,and strives to improve the quality of talent training from the perspective of talent training program.
