摘 要:生物化学是重要的医学基础课,其内容抽象、知识点多、难学难懂,对医学生而言是一门较难掌握的课程。绪论不仅是学生与授课教师的首次接触,也是学生首次了解生物化学课程及其相关内容,教师的讲授效果直接关系到学生对本门课程的兴趣。本文对优化课程导入,深度剖析概念、建立知识框架、明确教学目标、树立学好生物化学的自信心等几个核心问题进行了探讨。以期唱响序曲,为学生开启生物化学的大门。Biochemistry is an important basic medical course, which is so abstract and full of a large number of knowledge that the beginners may find it hard to master. The introduction not only reflects the first impression between teachers and students, but also represents the students’ first contact with biochemical knowledge. The teaching quality of teachers directly affect the students’ interest in this course. This paper focused on several core issues such as the optimization of course, the in-depth analysis of concepts, the establishment of knowledge framework, the clarification of teaching objectives, and the establishment of selfconfidence in Biochemistry learning, in order to sing the prelude, open the door of Biochemistry for students.
