摘　　要：1+X证书制度是我国职业教育制度建设的重大创新,是一项完善国家职业教育体系,落实立德树人根本任务的重要制度。以汽车检测与维修技术专业(以下称“汽车专业”)为例,通过分析实施1+X证书制度意义,从人才培养方案调整、课程体系重构、“三教改革”开展、实训基地的共建及校企深度融合的推进等方面探索创新1+X证书制度下高等职业教育人才培养模式,为1+X证书制度在高职院校落地实施提供参考。1+X certificate system is a major innovation in the construction of China's vocational education system.It is an important system to improve the national vocational education system and implement the fundamental task of morality education.Taking the automobile inspection and maintenance technology specialty(hereinafter referred to as"Automobile Specialty")as an example,this paper explores and innovates in the talent training mode of higher vocational education under the 1+X certificate system from the aspects of talent training scheme adjustment,curriculum system reconstruction,development of"three education reform",co-construction of training base and promotion of in-depth integration of schools and enterprises.It provides reference for the implementation of 1+X certificate system in higher vocational colleges.
