摘  要:为应对新冠肺炎疫情,各大高校加速推进了线上教学的应用,以此为背景在后疫情时代,应充分发挥线上教学的优势,合理配合传统教学手段,提升教学效果。在体育教学中应用线上、线下相配合的混合式教学法,应充分整合线上线下多种教学资源,拓宽学习环境,培养学生的自主学习能力,以此保证教学效果。在教学模式应用对策方面,首先应建立明确的课程目标,主要包括知识目标、技能目标和情感目标;其次,教师也应及时调整课程设置、熟悉相关操作技能;最后,在学生管理上,应适时引导学生养成在线自主学习的习惯。In order to cope with the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia,colleges and universities have accelerated the application of online teaching,as a background of the post-epidemic era should give full play to the advantages of online teaching reasonable with traditional teaching methods,so as to enhance the teaching effect.The application of mixed teaching methods with online and offline cooperation should fully integrate a variety of teaching resources online and offline in the course of physical psychology,broaden the learning environment and cultivate students'independent learning ability to ensure the teaching effect.In the application of teaching mode countermeasures,first of all,we should establish clear curriculum objectives,including knowledge objectives,skills goals and emotional goals;secondly,teachers should adjust the curriculum in a timely manner,proficiency in relevant operational skills,and finally in student management should timely guide students to develop the habit of online independent learning.
