摘　　要：在当前严峻的就业形势下,就业压力是高职学生所面临的最大压力,而高职学生的心理弹性的水平直接决定着他们怎样去面对这些压力和处理压力后的状态。该文从心理弹性的内涵出发,分析相关国内外的研究现状,在此基础上阐述心理弹性对学生就业心理有着重要影响,并探讨心理弹性对学生就业心理关系研究的重要意义,提出帮助学生提高心理弹性、调整就业心理的策略。In the current severe employment situation,employment pressure is the biggest pressure for higher vocational students.The level of their psychological resilience directly determines how they face this pressure and how to deal with this pressure.Starting from the meaning of the psychological resilience,this paper analyzes the relevant research status at home and abroad.On this basis,it expounds the important influence of psychological resilience on students’employment psychology.And it explores the significance of the relationship between psychological resilience and students’employment psychology.At last,it proposes some strategies on how to help students improve their psychological resilience and adjust their employment psychology in higher vocational colleges.
