摘　　要：依托教育部现代学徒制试点专业,通过持续推进校企联合招生招工一体化,校企协同设计人才培养制度和相关标准,完善体现现代学徒制特点的管理体系,建设现代学徒制信息服务平台,逐步形成了校企协同育人长效机制,健全了成本分担机制,完善了协同育人机制,实现企业、学校和学生三方受益。Relying on the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province's modern apprenticeship pilot program,through the continuous promotion of school enterprise joint enrollment and recruitmen tintegration.The paper improves the management system that reflects the characteristics of modern apprenticeship,builds the modern apprenticeship information service platform,gradually forms the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education,and the cost-sharing mechanism and collaborative education mechanism have been improved to realize the benefits of enterprises,schools and students.
