摘  要:G校获得教育部批准成为国家三批现代学徒制试点单位,开始推进现代学徒制试点工作。通过对G校机械制造与自动化专业现代学徒制试点运行的现状分析和实证研究,发现现代学徒制试点进程中的主要问题是带着问题入班、管理制度不完善、协同育人不深入、课程体系建设滞后、文化育人不足、课程资源开发滞后、教学团队待完善。G校现代学徒案例分析表明,推动现代学徒制的对策是加强宣传、严格管理、强化协同、全方位对接、落实“三全育人”、开发教学资源、完善教师队伍。G school has been approved by the Ministry of Education as one of the three national modern apprenticeship pilot units,and started to promote the modern apprenticeship pilot work.Through the analysis and empirical research on the current situation of the modern apprenticeship pilot operation of the mechanical manufacturing and automation major of G school,it is found that the problems in the process of modern apprenticeship pilot mainly focus on the following aspects:difficult management,imperfect management system,lack of collaborative education,lagging behind in the construction of curriculum system,insufficient apprenticeship education,lagging behind in the development of curriculum resources,and the teaching team to be improved.The case analysis of modern apprenticeship in G school showed that the countermeasures to promote modern apprenticeship include strengthening publicity,strict management,strengthening coordination,all-round docking,implementing“three-whole education”,developing teaching resources and improving the teaching staff.
