摘　　要：采用搅拌棒吸附萃取(SBSE)和热脱附系统(TDU)并结合气相色谱-飞行时间质谱(GCTOFMS)联用技术分析三种不同产地香荚兰提取物中挥发性成分的方法。通过质谱库检索,保留指数比对,共检测出87个化合物,共有成分主要包括香兰素、愈创木酚、苯甲酸苄酯、(E)-肉桂酸乙酯、(E)-肉桂酸甲酯、乙酸龙脑酯、乙酸桃金娘烯酯、壬酸乙酯、3-甲基-2-(5H)-呋喃酮、乙酸、1,2-丙二醇。该研究适用于难溶于有机溶剂而易溶于水的香原料产品的快速检测。The volatile componments of vanilla extract from different origins were identified by using stir bar sorptive extraction-thermal desorption/time-of-flight gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SBSE-TDU/GCTOFMS).By mass spectrometry library search and retention index comparison,87 compounds were confirmed in vanilla extract from different origins.The common components are vanillin,guaiacol,benzyl benzoate,(E)-ethyl cinnamate,(E)-methyl cinnamate,bornyl acetate,myrtenyl acetate,ethyl nonanoate,3-methyl-2(5 H)-furanone,acetic acid,1,2-propanediol.This study is suitable for a rapid detection for materials insoluble in organic solvents but soluble in water.
