摘 要:目的:了解吉林省基层医疗卫生工作人员继续教育现况,为改进基层医疗卫生服务人员继续教育情况提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样的方法对吉林省范围内九个地区53区县的344名基层卫生服务工作者的一般情况及继续教育情况进行调查,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:参加过各类培训的调查对象比例达到97.67%;26.74%的调查对象认为现有知识储备不能满足要求;87.50%的调查对象有继续深造的渴望;认为基础医学理论知识最重要的调查对象人数最多(37.79%),认为公共卫生理论知识最重要的人数比例次之(21.80%);线上线下相结合形式的培训较受青睐。结论:吉林省基层医疗卫生工作人员继续教育情况整体良好,部分人员现有知识储备不足,大部分基层医疗卫生从业人员有继续深造的渴望,各类培训内容中可以适当增大基础医学理论知识所占比例,相关教育部门可以适当充实在线教育资源,通过线上线下相结合的培训方式缓解学员工作与学习之间的矛盾。Objective:To understand the current situation of continuing education of primary medical and health staffs in Jilin province,and provide reference for the improvement of continuing education of primary medical and health service staffs.Methods:The method of convenient sampling was adopted to investigate the general situation and continuing education of 344 grass-roots health service workers in 53 districts and counties in 9 regions of Jilin province.Results:The proportion of respondents who participated in various kinds of training reached 97.67%,26.74%of respondents believe that the existing knowledge reserves cannot meet the requirements,and 87.50%of respondents had the desire to continue their studies.The number of respondents who thought basic medical theoretical knowledge was the most important was the largest(37.79%),followed by those who thought theoretical knowledge of public health was the most important(21.80%).Online and offline training is preferred.Conclusion:The continuing education of primary medical and health workers in Jilin province is good on the whole.The existing knowledge reserve of some personnel is insufficient.Most grassroots medical and health practitioners have the desire to further their studies.The proportion of basic medical theoretical knowledge can be appropriately increased in various training contents.Relevant education departments can enrich online education resources appropriately.And through the combination of online and offline training to alleviate the contradictions between work and learning students.
