摘 要:[目的]研究切花菊保存和运输的最适条件。[方法]切花菊包装后4℃冷藏保存,在包装中分别充入二氧化碳0、0.5、2、5 min,测定其相对含水量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及与切花菊体内代谢相关的酶的活性。[结果]切花菊采后4℃下保存,并充入0.5 min低剂量的二氧化碳,有利于切花菊的保存,并具有延长瓶插时间的作用。[结论]在切花菊保存运输过程中通入适量的二氧化碳,能够延长切花菊的保鲜时间,为今后切花菊采后保鲜提供新的途径。[Objective]The aim was to study the optimal conditions for the preservation and transportation of cut chrysanthemum.[Methods]The function of this method in postharveld preservation was analyzed by adding the corresponding carbon dioxide gas while the cut chrysanthemum was stored in cold storage at 4℃.In the experiment,carbon dioxide was added into the package of cut chrysanthemum for 0 min,0.5 min,2 min and 5 min,respectively,and the relative water content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and the activities of enzymes related to the metabolism of cut chrysanthemum were determined.[Results]The results showed that the storage of cut chrysanthemum at 4℃and 0.5 min low dose of carbon dioxide were beneficial to the preservation of cut chrysanthemum and prolonged the vase storage time.[Conclusion]Appropriate amount of carbon dioxide in the storage and transportation process of cut chrysanthemum could prolong the freshness preservation time of cut chrysanthemum.This experiment could provide a new way for the preservation of cut chrysanthemum after harvest.
