摘  要:开放教育环境下,移动学习具有资源访问和学习环境开放化、学习时间碎片化、教学支持服务化团队化、网络互动性及用户学习需求多样性等特征,在无传统的教学监督情况下,移动学习学员存在挂机、刷分、代学、弃学等现象。学习行为、过程管理和评价监督各环节的有机联动是移动学习质量保障的基础,信息技术及智能技术在移动学习发展历程中已深度融合在各教学领域中,通过融合激励、监督和反馈机制,并利用智能识别、语义理解等技术方式进行身份信息认证和实时审核,从而实现实时的学习行为控制、教学过程控制等,是提高开放教育环境下移动学习质量的途径。In open education,mobile learning is featured with open resources access and open learning environment,fragmented learning time,team-based teaching and learning support service,network interaction and diversified learning needs of users.In the absence of traditional teaching supervision,mobile learning students have such phenomena as hanging up,brushing points,substituted learning and abandoning learning,etc.The organic linkage of learning behavior control,process management and evaluation supervision is the basis of mobile learning quality assurance.Information technology and intelligent technology have been deeply integrated in various teaching fields in the development of mobile learning.It is an effective way to improve the quality of mobile learning in open education environment by integrating incentive,supervision and feedback mechanisms,and using intelligent recognition,semantic understanding and other technical methods to conduct identity information authentication and real-time audit,so as to achieve real-time learning behavior control and teaching process control.
