摘　　要：教师导学能力是有效地开展开放教育助学支持服务的关键要素。基于开放教育学生在认知水平、学习能力等方面的结构性差异,思政课教学呈现多元化需求的特点,而且,由于教与学的过程并不囿于固定的时间和场地,需要通过资源与支持服务进行连接,教师的导学作用便显得极为关键。因此,开放教育思政课教师队伍建设不仅要强调教师专业知识和教学能力的提升,更要注重教师综合性导学能力的培养。Teacher’s learning guidance ability is the key element of effective open learning supporting service.Based on the structural differences of students’cognitive level and learning ability in open education,ideological and political course teaching presents the characteristics of diversified needs.Moreover,since the process of teaching and learning is not confined to a fixed time and space,it needs to be connected through resources and support services,so that the guiding role of teachers becomes extremely critical.Therefore,the cultivation of ideological and political teachers in open education should not only emphasize the promotion of teachers’professional knowledge and teaching ability,but also their comprehensive learning guidance ability.
