摘　　要：世界医学教育走过了百年历程,第三代医学教育改革对全球范围内的医学教育产生了巨大影响。医学人才培养模式的改革是医学教育高质量发展的关键,学校结合办学定位与人才培养目标要求,系统推进了“一轴三联”医学人才培养模式改革探索,取得了一定的成绩和经验。本文针对学校深化改革的具体做法进行阐述和探讨,希望为兄弟院校医学人才培养模式改革工作提供一定的经验参考。The world medical education has been experienced much more 100 years’hard course,and the third-generation medical education reform has exerted a huge impact on the global medical education.The reform of medical talent training mode is the key to the high-quality development of medical education.Combined with the school-running orientation and medical talent training objectives,our school has systematically promoted the research on the reform of“one axis-three links”medical talent training mode,and achieved certain achievements.This paper elaborates and discusses the specific methods of deepening the teaching reformation,hoping to provide some experience for the reform of medical talent training mode in other universities.
